Why won't SmartSource let me print?! It always tells me I have "insufficient privledges," but what does that mean??
I honestly have never seen Smart Source do that – I have no idea why it would freeze you out. Maybe try via Firefox if you are using IE, or vice versa. Maybe there is a help section at the bottom of the SS page – I know that there is a "contact us" link. Hope that helps!
